Return Policy
We accept returns only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
• Clear images or videos of the product may be required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Products with missing original packaging or accessories.
• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer.
• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• In case of a damaged or incorrect product, return shipping costs will be covered by FIXMATEE.

Cancellation Policy
• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
