• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
• Any additional charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Cash on Delivery is available on selected products and locations.
• FIXMATEE reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or pin codes.
Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via SMS or WhatsApp, if available.
• You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment status.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
• Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may not be eligible for re-shipment or refund.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
• While we work closely with our delivery partners, FIXMATEE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
• In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
